The service provider is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer-arbitration board under § 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungs- gesetz (VSBG). The hosted service is offered to business operators under EUDR; the consumer-arbitration framework is therefore generally outside scope. Disputes are addressed bilaterally through the contact channel above and, failing that, through the courts identified in the Terms of Service.
