1. Try it with no key. A plot's deforestation check:

   Longitude first, then latitude. Also keyless: /v1/reference/countries, /v1/reference/commodities, /v1/receipt/verify, and the public tools on the MCP endpoint.
2. Get a key for an organisation's own records: sign in at /auth, open API keys, create one (it is shown once), and send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>. MCP clients sign in with OAuth instead.
3. Make a signed statement: POST /v1/dds/generate with a sample scenario as it is (civ-cocoa.json), then poll GET /a2a/tasks/<task_id>?slim=true. It costs 5 credits (from 30 October 2026, 1 more for each plot after the first); a new organisation has 100 (pricing).
4. Expect seconds on a warm plot and a few minutes on a plot nobody has asked about: the engine finishes a cold satellite read itself, so poll rather than resubmit. Errors are JSON {error, message, field}, and field names what to fix.
