What happens to what you send

Your message, your email address, and your name if you give one, are stored so we can answer and so we can see an unanswered enquiry as unanswered. We keep an answered enquiry for two years and then delete it. We record a network prefix rather than your full IP address, which is enough to recognise a flood and not enough to identify you. No third-party spam or analytics service is involved, and nothing here leaves our own systems.
